Massage Therapy Journey
Massage Therapy is one of my favorite things in the world, both to give and to receive. I have been licensed in massage therapy since 2004, drawn to it most of my life. The sports teams I have been a part of from grade school to college found me squeezing people’s shoulders before or after practices and games.

My first year of college a friend and I wanted to take an elective class together so we signed up for a relaxation and massage class. I loved it, was intrigued, and knew I wanted more massage in my life. At this time, I was on track to getting a business degree.
I forged on to receive a Bachelor of Science through Business Administration in Management from
Portland State University.
Upon completing my business degree, it was very clear:
1) I had no idea where I wanted to use my newly earned degree.
2) I was still intrigued by and drawn to massage therapy.
After 5 years of college, I thought, what's one more.
I immediately enrolled in massage therapy school and was a working Licensed Massage Therapist one year later. I absolutely loved my schooling, teachers, and have enjoyed the variety of continuing education courses taken from instructors across the nation.

My approach to massage therapy combines all I have learned to create a unique massage during each session.
